and the world,  Types of stores, and various functions of retail.

Indian Retail is at 950 US $ billion growing at a rate of 13 Percent CAGR (14 Lakh crores). In India, 91% is still in the unorganized sector only 9% is in the organized sector. 8% of the Indian workforce is employed in the retail industry. Expected to touch 70 Lakh crore rupees by 2024.
